homologation and CE mark on all its products. Elca, with its
state-of-the-art technology, pays great attention to the improvement of service
and of customer satisfaction; this dedication has been confirmed by the
achievement of ISO 9001:2000 certification. Elca considers the
Quality System an essential aspect to grow professionally, to develop the
business management successfully and to improve the relationship with the
customers.
The quality of Elca’s products is based on three main divisions. The
first one is the technical unit, the real heart of the system, made up of a
department for engineering and analysis of technical drawings, calculations and
offers. The second is the production unit, made up of winding manufacturing,
magnetic lamination assembling, transformer mounting, impregnation division.
The third unit is made up of the final inspection division: before undergoing the
final inspection, each product has already passed several intermediate tests
according to the procedures and to the production plans, with the aim of
obtaining products which comply perfectly with the regulations in force and
satisfy the customer requirements. This catalogue has been drawn up to better
explain the technology, the regulations and the use of our products, in order
for us to get in touch more directly with the customer.
